Bülach – since 1384 a city with tradition. Today the prosperous and growing center of the Zurich lowlands with around 24,500 inhabitants. It maintains an administrative culture in which customer orientation and appreciation of employees are central. The Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB) Bülach North is responsible for 16 municipalities with about 80,000 inhabitants. We are looking for a temporary employee for 1 year starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Checking inventories, accounting, and asset management within the framework of guardianships
- Writing audit reports and decisions for the procedural management
- Providing information on financial matters to guardians
Your profile
- Completed commercial or equivalent training with knowledge and/or further education in accounting, social insurance, fiduciary, finance
- Precise and independent working style with good analytical skills
- Resilient, assertive, loyal, and honest personality
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Very good oral and written communication skills as well as good IT user knowledge
- Interest in child and adult protection law
