• Collection, modeling, and analysis of business processes
• Development and implementation of process standards
• Support of rollout projects focusing on business processes and their efficiency improvement
• Application of process mining & analytics technologies to analyze process performance and identify inefficiencies
• Development of data-driven analyses and dashboards for process monitoring and decision support
• Collaboration with departments and IT to optimally implement process-related requirements
• Independent management and control of process optimization projects, from conception to implementation
• Willingness to travel < 20%

• Completed studies in IT, business informatics, or business administration
• Solid knowledge in modeling business processes (e.g., BPMN 2.0)
• Understanding of processes, ideally in the field of technical maintenance
• Experience with BPM tools, especially Signavio is an advantage
• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a solution-oriented working style
• Independent and structured work in interdisciplinary teams
• Very good language skills in German and English
