The SRK headquarters, Individual Fundraising Department, located centrally in Bern, is looking for a motivated personality with organizational flair as an Intern Individual Fundraising (100%) – limited to 8 to 12 months, starting August 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
What you can achieve
- Support in planning, accompanying, executing, and follow-up of fundraising events
- Acquisition and support of private individuals in fundraising campaigns via the web platform www.actnow.redcross.ch
- Text work for the web platform, communication planning for newsletters and social media, as well as ongoing communication with all relevant stakeholders
- Maintenance of member and donor addresses for Red Cross cantonal associations and Red Cross rescue organizations, first-level support for CRM solution
- Assistance with donation management, general address maintenance, and customer consulting
- Handling of telephone and electronic donor feedback
- Project work aimed at further optimizing fundraising
What you bring
- First professional experience or a completed degree, preferably in marketing, business administration, or communication
- You have confident German skills with good editorial abilities (C2). Second language French or Italian (B1). Additional languages are an advantage.
- You are conscientious and perform routine tasks as carefully as you engage creatively in innovation projects
- You have a precise working style and a flair for organizational tasks
- You are a resilient, team-oriented person with high customer orientation and good communication skills
- You have a winning appearance and enjoy contact with people
- You are curious, open to modern fundraising, and interested in establishing a professional career in fundraising
