Tasks
- Care and support of our residents according to their needs
- Working with daily responsibility and in the key worker system
- Implementation of nursing standards and concepts
- Key worker duties in collaboration with a registered nurse HF
Requirements Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist or equivalent
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- RAI knowledge or willingness to acquire it
- Flexible, team-oriented, resilient, and loyal
- High professional and social competence
- Independent, committed, and innovative
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Basic PC application knowledge
