Class and annual salary (including 13th month salary):
5 63,297.-- / 99,178.--
Tasks:
- assess the financial situation and needs of the applicant for social support benefits
- determine, based on the principle of subsidiarity, the social support benefits payable under the Social Assistance Act (Las)
- assess the personal and social situation of the applicant and, if necessary, guide them towards support services/entities available in the area (social network)
- offer the applicant advice regarding their rights and duties under the Las, proper management of their financial resources, and other benefits they may be entitled to
- properly manage any emergency situations
- assess and define the individual social and/or professional integration project of the applicant
- manage the applicant's file using appropriate means and IT tools
Requirements:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (AFC) as a commercial employee, with commercial vocational baccalaureate or commercial baccalaureate (SCC or high school) or Federal Certificate of Competence (AFC) as a commercial employee with documented professional experience in social benefits management
- ability to manage stress and heavy workloads
- ability to work in a team and organize work independently
- user orientation and assertiveness
- good skills in conducting complex interviews with users in difficulty
- willingness to follow continuous training courses
- proven professional experience in the field of social benefits will be considered an advantage
- spoken knowledge of a second official language (besides Italian)

Employment conditions:
- appointment or assignment: as provided by the Law on the Organization of State Employees and Teachers of March 15, 1995 (LORD) and the related Regulation. Any changes in law concerning salary and organization are explicitly reserved
- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
