Your Tasks
- Consultation and support of the Head of Training and the Center for Teaching and Professional Development (ZLP) in information and communication management, quality management, data storage, budget process, monitoring and reporting as well as controlling
- Support in project management through planning, coordinating and executing activities
- Appointment coordination, preparation and follow-up of meetings including minute taking, administration in Microsoft Teams
- Management of the intranet pages of the training and the Center for Teaching and Professional Development
- Organization and execution of departmental events as well as the biannual graduation ceremonies
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Further training as an executive assistant with a federal diploma is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office and IT systems (CRM, Evento)
- Several years of experience in an assistant function, preferably in the education sector
- High service orientation and social competence
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working
- Flexibility, resilience and quick comprehension
- Interest and willingness to think along and help shape dynamic situations
