Planner / Merchandiser B2B (m/f/d) 100% (Maternity Cover)

Your area of responsibility
- You manage the merchandise processes of your assigned customers and dynamically handle all merchandise-related in-season measures to ensure maximally productive sales areas.
- You conduct reporting, monitoring, and benchmarking of space and assortment performance and continuously compare target and actual results.
- You analyze bestsellers and poor performers and derive concrete optimization measures from this.
- You check the merchandise flow, identify improvement potentials, and implement corresponding corrective measures with your supported customers.
- You create demand forecasts to secure quantity planning and merchandise availability and monitor delivery throughout the entire season.
- You take over master data transmission as well as the processing of backorders, target stocks, returns, invoices, inventories, and other process-relevant tasks.
- You are the contact person for direct inquiries regarding merchandise control and work closely with Sales Operations and the Visual Merchandising team.
What is important to us
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have initial professional experience in merchandise control or merchandise planning – ideally in the textile industry.
- You have pronounced analytical skills and work precisely, structured, and carefully.
- You recognize trends early and approach challenges with a solution-oriented attitude.
- You are a team player and manage to build trusting working relationships across departments.
- You have very good skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
- You communicate confidently in German; additional languages such as French or Italian are a plus.
