Your tasks:

• Work preparation: drawing sketches and detailed plans by hand or with CAD (Computer-Aided Design)

• Material planning, ordering materials, planning work steps, calculating cost estimates

• Cutting, sawing, planing, drilling, gluing, milling and sanding, either with tools by hand or on large stationary machines and computer-controlled CNC machining centres

• Manufacture and assembly of special windows, exterior doors or single-glazed windows

• Treating surfaces: sanding, staining, varnishing

• Fitting and glazing fittings

• Restoration of windows, refreshing or faithful reconstruction

• Completed school leaving certificate

• Good grades in mathematics, geometric drawing and technical design
