Your Tasks
- Strategic, organisational and economic management of the paediatric centre at the Aschersleben and Halberstadt locations
- Further development of the neonatology focus in close cooperation with obstetrics and gynaecology
- Leadership, motivation and development of the medical, nursing and administrative teams
- Ensuring high-quality, patient- and family-oriented care of children, adolescents and newborns
- Further development of existing treatment concepts as well as expansion of innovative medical services
- Strengthening interdisciplinary cooperation within the AMEOS Group
- Responsibility for budget planning, resource management and economic target achievement
- Representation of the centre towards cooperation partners, resident doctors and external institutions
Your Profile
- Specialist recognition in paediatrics and adolescent medicine, ideally with a focus on neonatology
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a senior position in a clinical environment
- Experience in quality and process management desirable
- Strong leadership skills as well as a motivating and appreciative leadership style
- Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial understanding and decisiveness
- High social competence as well as communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to collaborate across locations at the Aschersleben and Halberstadt sites
