Your tasks

• Organisation and management of our material and trade fair warehouse
• Picking, provision and control of trade fair and event materials based on orders and material lists
• Ensuring complete, clean and timely material provision
• Proper material receipt and issue as well as stock control
• Return, inspection, cleaning and re-establishment of materials after project completion
• Maintenance, upkeep and proper storage of our warehouse and project materials
• Support with loading and unloading tasks as well as general transport and logistics duties
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and safety in the warehouse
• Close cooperation with logistics management, project managers and assembly teams

Your profile

• Completed training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or a craft apprenticeship is an advantage
• Ideally professional experience in warehouse management, logistics or event logistics
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Organisational talent and a good sense for efficient workflows
• Careful and responsible handling of materials and work equipment
• Team spirit, flexibility and a high level of commitment
• Enjoyment of varied tasks and working with different people
• Interest and willingness to develop further and take on additional responsibility
