Florist 80-100% | Aarau Train Station
With development potential as a vocational trainer and deputy store manager
As a trained florist, you are an important part of our team and actively contribute to the successful operation of our sales outlet. You work with passion and creativity, tie bouquets, design arrangements and plant displays, and advise our customers competently and service-oriented. In addition, you ensure an attractive product presentation and take responsibility in the daily business.
For this position, we wish for a committed personality with a completed apprenticeship as a florist EFZ and 3–4 years of professional experience after training. Ideally, you have already completed the vocational trainer training or are motivated to acquire it in the near future.
Besides your floristry skills, you may even have the potential and desire to take on additional responsibility. As a potential deputy to the store management, you gradually take on additional responsibility, actively support the operational daily business and contribute with your commitment to the success and further development of the team.
You are an independent and reliable person with organisational talent, initiative and joy in taking responsibility and being successful together with your team.
As an employer, we offer you:
• a modern infrastructure at all locations, centrally located and excellently connected by public transport
• attractive employment conditions such as 5 weeks’ holiday, a 13th monthly salary, internal minimum wages as well as additional compensation for Sunday and public holiday work
• continuous development opportunities in the form of internal and external training as well as taking on additional competencies
If you see personal advantages in a 7-day/week operation with planned shifts – for example, sometimes starting early and finishing early, starting later on other days, or enjoying having weekdays off and working flexibly – then you should definitely send us your application so we can get to know each other.
