Are you a mechanic who enjoys working on machines and wants to develop professionally and personally? In the Business Unit Industrial, you produce precision moulded parts and special screws for various industrial sectors.

We are currently looking for a mechanic for double-action presses and plan to develop the position prospectively into a team leadership role.

Mechanic for Double-Action Presses with Prospect of Team Leadership (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Setting, operating and monitoring machines and equipment
• Processing orders punctually and efficiently
• Ensuring quality and adhering to inspection specifications
• Monitoring and optimising machines, processes and tools
• Performing preventive machine maintenance and detecting faults early
• Active participation in CIP, order, safety and continuous improvement

Your Profile

• Basic mechanical training with a foreman’s certificate or willingness to undertake foreman training
• Experience in an industrial production environment
• Good technical understanding and interest in miniature parts
• Responsible, independent and interested in leadership
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• German at native speaker level, both spoken and written
