Your Tasks

You will take on varied and responsible duties that enrich the daily lives of our residents and guests. Your tasks include:

• Professional cleaning and maintenance of public areas, senior and holiday apartments, as well as care departments to ensure a pleasant and hygienic environment.
• Management of materials as well as maintenance of facilities and furnishings to ensure smooth operations.
• Support with seasonal decoration, where you can let your creativity run free to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Active participation in shaping and further developing your area by thinking along in daily routines and contributing innovative ideas. With your commitment and experience, you significantly help ensure our residents and guests feel completely comfortable.
• Support with laundry care and distribution of professional and resident laundry.
• Compliance with standards in both hygiene and safety areas, according to the company’s guidelines.

Your Profile

• A completed qualification as a domestic specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a care facility or a comparable environment, distinguishes you.
• Your diplomatic skills, discretion, and pronounced empathy in dealing with elderly people make you a valuable support for our team.
• You work reliably, are a team player, and bring a high level of service orientation.
• You are flexible regarding your working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Your German language skills are impeccable in spoken and written form and are a basic requirement for communication with our residents and guests.
