Junior Bilingual Facility Manager FR/DE (M/F)
- Technical, commercial or specialised training in Facility Management
- First successful experience in managing buildings, infrastructures or general services
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Service-oriented with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in common IT tools
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
- Essential mastery of French and German (minimum C1 level in both languages)
- Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented personality
- Ensure the daily management and proper functioning of buildings, installations and infrastructures
- Coordinate external service providers (cleaning, security, technical maintenance, etc.)
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Manage service contracts and monitor suppliers
- Participate in cost control and Facilities budget monitoring
- Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health and environmental protection standards
- Manage office equipment and furniture
- Handle internal requests related to infrastructures and buildings
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of general services
