Tasks and ResponsibilitiesYour Profile
- Assistance with payroll processing for monthly and hourly wage earners of all companies in Switzerland (Payroll software: Abacus)
- Regular preparation of statements for withholding tax (ELM)
- Processing and checking of sickness and accident daily allowances as well as continued salary payments
- Handling tasks in the area of EO and family allowances
- Recording and processing all payroll-relevant changes from entry to exit
- At least 2 years of professional experience in payroll or salary accounting in Switzerland
- Further training in payroll and social insurance is desirable
- Precise, structured and independent working style
- High sense of responsibility as well as absolute discretion and confidentiality
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English or French skills required
