Technical Project Manager (80-100%)
You turn ideas into feasible experiences: You plan trade fair and event constructions technically down to the last detail and, together with creation, key account management, and production, ensure that projects are realised economically, on time, and with high quality.
Your tasks
- You create plan bases in 2D and 3D, preferably with Vectorworks, as well as execution, construction, and detail plans.
- You check concepts and offers for technical feasibility and develop suitable constructive and production-technical solutions.
- You prepare technical cost and offer bases and coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
- You plan material, personnel, transport, and assembly requirements, maintain setup and parts lists, and ensure complete construction folders.
- You coordinate technical interfaces and deadlines between key account management, design, site management, carpentry, advertising technology, and logistics.
- You brief the site management, accompany the implementation, and find pragmatic solutions in case of changes or technical challenges.
- You keep an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines and further develop standards and processes together with the team.
Your profile
- A technical basic education or equivalent practical professional experience.
- Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in trade fair and event construction.
- Experience in creating 2D and 3D plans; knowledge of Vectorworks is a plus.
- Strong technical and constructive understanding, spatial imagination, and enjoyment of practical solutions.
- An independent, structured, and forward-looking working style as well as a good sense for quality, deadlines, and costs.
- Communication and coordination skills, team spirit, reliability, and flexibility – even when the project day gets hectic.
