Development Engineer Electronics with EMC Lead

Your Responsibilities

• Technical leadership and further development of the EMC area (definition of standards, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, further development and training of internal EMC processes and EMC specialist group)
• Support and advice on internal EMC issues, measurements and questions
• Product development from idea to series production as well as maintenance of existing products
• Design and development of electronics and firmware for machines and modules
• Responsibility within the interdisciplinary project team for electronics and electrical engineering
• Building prototypes and conducting tests

Your Profile

• Qualified electrical engineer FH / ETH
• Several years of professional experience in electronics development (at least 3 years)
• Good knowledge in the field of EMC for electronics and cabling as well as EMC standards and guidelines or motivation to acquire these in depth
• Experience with EMC tests and measurement methods of PCBs, machines and modules or motivation to acquire these in depth
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary challenging tasks in a team as well as hardware and machine development
• Independent working style with quick comprehension and structured approach
• Team-oriented personality with the ability to involve various stakeholders
• Knowledge of Altium for PCB schematic and layout development as well as experience in programming with C and C++ is an advantage
• Very good German skills and good English skills
