Area of responsibility

• You accompany the technical implementation of plant projects and support the project managers in planning and coordination.
• You prepare plants for tests and commissioning and systematically carry out functional tests.
• You participate in preliminary acceptance as well as in the handover of completed plants to customers and document the results.
• You support installation and commissioning at the customer and ensure a structured handling of the technical work on site.
• You analyse technical issues, systematically narrow down faults and develop practical solutions.
• You coordinate closely with specialists from software development and other technical areas and contribute to successful system integration.
• You also take on organisational and administrative tasks in the project environment and keep technical information and open points comprehensibly documented.
• You participate in audits, training and other projects in the field of occupational safety.

Requirements profile

• You have a degree as a mechanical engineer FH/ETH, electrical engineer FH/ETH, micro or system technician FH/ETH or a related technical discipline.
• You bring strong analytical thinking and can quickly grasp and assess technical contexts in a structured manner.
• You work independently, reliably and goal-oriented and keep an overview even with several parallel tasks.
• You enjoy a combination of engineering, practical work on plants and direct contact with internal and external contacts.
• Initial professional experience in commissioning, plant engineering, automation or a comparable industrial environment is an advantage; committed career starters are also welcome.
• You are interested in software and control topics and are motivated to further develop your knowledge at the interface between mechanics, electronics and software.
• You communicate confidently in German and English; knowledge of French is an additional advantage.
• You convince through entrepreneurial thinking, resilience, communication skills and high initiative.
