About the job
Your Area of Responsibility
- Building and co-responsibility for the infrastructure equity portfolios (Private Markets) of the own balance sheet assets within the defined investment strategy
- Identification, analysis and selection of infrastructure funds as well as conducting due diligence
- Preparation of investment decisions including the creation of investment memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee
- Ongoing monitoring of the portfolio
- Maintenance and further development of relationships with fund managers
- Analysis of market, industry and portfolio trends as well as deriving recommendations for action
- Main contact person for the external fund management of the single investor fund and support in administrative tasks
- Active participation in the further development of processes, reporting, data analyses and quantitative evaluations in portfolio management
- Support of the entire portfolio management team in analyses and projects in the asset classes equities, fixed income and multi-asset
Your Experience
- Completed university degree or university of applied sciences in finance
- Further training (completed or started) in portfolio management or financial analysis (CFA, CAIA or comparable)
- Professional experience in institutional asset management, private markets, infrastructure, private equity or investment consulting
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for data and models
- Proficient in Bloomberg, Excel/VBA and preferably Python (or similar) for analysis and modelling (quant skills)
- Communicative personality with enjoyment in exchanging with internal and external stakeholders
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
