For our young team, we are looking at our location in Alchenflüh, immediately or by arrangement, for a motivated individual for the career change as a Medical Recruitment Consultant (80% - 100%).

🎯 Your tasks with us

• Client contact on equal terms: You advise and support institutions in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, nursing homes) and know exactly what personnel challenges they face.
• 360° recruiting in the medical sector: From targeted search through pre-selection to successful placement of medical professionals.
• Conducting interviews: You conduct interviews with applicants from the healthcare sector – thanks to your background, you know exactly what matters.
• Employee support: You are the reliable contact person for our temporary nursing staff and accompany them during their assignments.
• Network maintenance: You build your own network of relationships in the healthcare sector.

💼 What you bring

• Your foundation: A completed education in healthcare (e.g. as a healthcare professional / FaGe, certified nurse, MPA or similar).
• The desire for change: You are looking to move away from bedside care towards regular office hours but want to remain loyal to healthcare.
• Personality & drive: You are communicative, enjoy engaging with people, have a commercial flair, and bring sales talent.
• Working style: You work independently, are very well organised, and keep an overview even in hectic moments.
• Must-haves: Very good German skills and a valid category B driving licence for client visits.
