Your Task
- Telephone customer advice on assortment, delivery dates, and prices
- Recording orders, offers, and spare parts
- Co-responsible for reliable and customer-oriented order processing
- Support of the field sales in the sales process
- Various commercial tasks according to the area of activity
- Participation in projects
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training with technical understanding or technical basic training with commercial further education and experience in internal sales
- Strong communication skills, resilient, and customer-oriented
- Precise, reliable, and structured way of working
- Good MS Office skills
- Good German and French skills
- Independent personality with overview and organizational talent
