As a UX Writer, you ensure that bexio not only looks good but is also understandable and sounds good. In close collaboration with designers, you scrutinize every word until the text is polished to perfection. You ensure consistent and comprehensible wording in our UI, take care of high-quality translations, and assist in formulating in-app notifications and help texts. You manage to find the best solutions for the people who work with our software together with product owners, product managers, and other stakeholders.

What to expect from us:

• You are in close exchange with UX designers, UX researchers, product owners, and product managers.
• You help us further develop, document, and apply the content style guide guidelines. This includes voice and tone, glossary, style guidelines, and typographic characters.
• Coordinate and integrate translations in our localization tool.
• Direct collaboration on designs in Figma is nothing new for you.

• You have completed training in communication or design or have 3 years of professional experience as a UX Writer.
• You bring excellent German skills and very good English skills.
• You are able to communicate flawlessly across all channels and levels. 
• Your working style is team-oriented and independent.
• A basic understanding of accounting is a plus.
