Tasks
- Design measures: You plan, accompany and evaluate individually tailored therapy processes and measures in the context of vocational integration
- Take responsibility: You are responsible for clients after accidents or illness
- Recognise strengths: You support your clients in practical, theoretical and ergonomic assessments. This with a holistic view of individual resources, abilities, skills and development potentials
- Work networked: You cooperate closely with the interdisciplinary team and internal specialists (e.g. career and vocational counselling, job coaching, occupational therapy, medicine) as well as with external partners such as social insurance, medical specialist centres and other relevant actors
- Plan the future: Together with the clients and involved parties (e.g. Suva, IV, employers) you develop realistic and viable integration plans
You recognise opportunities and build bridges: With a good sense of today’s labour market, you accompany your clients - Communicate clearly: You write detailed reports, recommendations and documentation in precise German
- Think along and help shape: You contribute to projects and help to further develop our offerings
Profile
- Professionally sound: You have training in occupational therapy, psychology, a medical-therapeutic field, work pedagogy or a comparable discipline
- Experienced in vocational integration: You bring solid experience in vocational integration. Ideally in the context of social insurance (IV, Suva)
- Versatile competence: You have experience supporting people with physical and/or psychological issues and feel confident even in demanding, complex situations
- Team player with attitude: You enjoy working in a team, meet people of different backgrounds with openness and appreciation and always act solution-oriented
- Independent and responsible: You take responsibility, work in a structured way and advance your tasks with initiative
- Digitally fit and linguistically skilled: You are proficient in MS Office and express yourself confidently in written and spoken German. Additional national languages are an advantage
At the Vocational Integration Competence Centre Bellikon, you support and accompany people who have had accidents and/or illnesses on their way back to the labour market. You design individual measures, conduct targeted assessments and develop vocational perspectives together with the clients. As a bridge builder, you work in an interdisciplinary team with specialists from counselling, coaching, therapy, medicine and social insurance. In an exciting environment, you develop sustainable vocational perspectives for people in transition situations. Your working day is varied, meaningful and characterised by genuine impact.
