In this versatile and responsible role, you accompany our construction projects from planning to completion and help us realise buildings with charisma. With your practical understanding, you ensure a clean implementation on site and keep an overview of several projects simultaneously. As a coordination talent, you are the interface between the client, craftsmen and project management and contribute significantly to the smooth running of our projects with your high level of comprehension.

You support the site management in tendering, planning, coordination and monitoring of our construction projectsYou are the contact person for craftsmen, suppliers and clients on siteYou monitor compliance with deadlines and quality on siteYou assist with site acceptance, defect recording and follow-upYou participate in quantity and report control as well as in administrative tasks related to the construction sites

What defines you:

As a foundation, you bring a practical basic training (e.g. as a bricklayer, carpenter, joiner or similar), ideally complemented by further training in site management or you are willing to undertake such further training.

You are a coordination talent with a high level of comprehension and keep an overview even in hectic moments. Open and honest communication is one of your core values. You work independently, like to get stuck in and enjoy creating new living spaces with charisma as part of a team.
