Commercial Clerk – Electrical Department, 80–100%

Have you completed commercial training and have 3 to 4 years of professional experience after your apprenticeship? Do you work in a structured way, love Excel reports, and ensure that operational processes run smoothly? Then we are looking exactly for you as commercial support for our Electrical Department.

Your main tasks:

- Administrative support: Organization and coordination of administrative processes, minute taking, correspondence, and appointment scheduling.
- Reporting & data management: Creation, maintenance, and analysis of evaluations and reports in Excel as well as preparation of decision-making bases.
- Communication & interfaces: Contact person for internal departments, regional teams, and external partners (e.g., energy suppliers).
- Master planner update: Maintenance and updating of organizational charts and HR changes in the master planner.
- Permit management: Management of permit holders (ESTI, NIV Art. 9 + 15) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Project & audit support: Participation in internal audits, projects, and budget compilation.

Your profile:

- Commercial basic training (KV) with at least 3–4 years of professional experience after completion.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel (data preparation), Word, and Outlook; PowerPoint is an advantage.
- Structured, reliable, and service-oriented, you think operationally and take initiative.
- Good written and spoken German skills; English or French skills are an advantage.
