The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our houses. Health Specialist (FaGe) 80 – 100 %

Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You care for and accompany our residents empathetically and appreciatively in their daily life and their home
- You competently implement nursing measures and support the residents in the activities of daily living
- You regularly take on daily responsibility and support your colleagues in everyday nursing
- You observe changes in health status, pass on relevant information, and carefully document in the nursing process
- You work in early and late shifts until 9:15 p.m. and this in three different teams
Our requirements:
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent, Switzerland-recognized qualification and ideally already have experience in long-term care
- You enjoy working with people, are flexible, and appreciate collaboration in different teams
- You have experience in the application of RAI LTCF and confidently apply your expertise in everyday nursing
- You convince through your teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and reliable working style
- You handle IT systems confidently and communicate clearly and appreciatively in the German language
