Business Analyst CRM (m/f/d) 80%-100%
Your Tasks
As an intermediary between banking business and IT, you create added value for our customers. In an agilely organized team, you develop and design banking-related requirements around the CRM application.
The main focus includes the following tasks:
- Analysis and collection of requirements in collaboration with product management and our banks
- Development of concepts and processes
- Ensuring operational issues in cooperation with suppliers
- Participation in projects and taking on professional responsibility
- You will also become a specialist in your area of responsibility for in-depth information and training
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Informatics/Business Administration/Banking & Finance (FH, HF, federal diploma) or similar
- Several years of experience in the banking environment, especially in-depth process knowledge of a retail bank
- Finnova AWB and BSI CRM knowledge is an advantage
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a good understanding of contexts and processes
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
- Committed personality with good organizational and communication skills
