To complete the nursing team of the Regional Hospital of Locarno La Carità, we are looking for a

Specialised Nurse in Anaesthesia (80-100%)

Profile:

The person we are looking for will be responsible for providing specialist nursing care in anaesthesia to patients undergoing mainly general surgery, visceral surgery, orthopaedics-traumatology and urology interventions, actively collaborating with the anaesthetist during the various phases of the perioperative pathway. They will be involved in the preparation, management and monitoring of patients before, during and after anaesthesia, contributing to ensuring high standards of safety and quality of care.

The employee working in the service is required to have a strong spirit of adaptability and flexibility in managing planned and complex clinical situations characterised by rapid evolution. They have solid clinical and technical skills in the anaesthesiology field, can assess priorities and make timely and appropriate decisions, maintaining calm even in high-intensity care contexts and emergency situations.

The ideal candidate is sensitive to interpersonal dynamics, actively contributes to teamwork and maintains a positive attitude even under pressure. Necessary requirements:

• Diploma as a nurse specialised in anaesthesia care dipl. SPD SSS (or equivalent recognised qualification);
• Flexibility, adaptability and precision;
• Relational and communication skills;
• Propensity to work in multidisciplinary teams;
• In addition to the Italian language, knowledge of another national language will be considered a preferential qualification;
• Knowledge of main IT tools (Office package).
