Tasks
• create and check import and export customs declarations
• check invoices, certificates of origin and accompanying documents
• communicate with customers, customs authorities and partners
• monitor deadlines, regulations and permits
• record and maintain data in customs systems
• resolve special cases and discrepancies
• support customers with customs-related questions
• participate in internal improvements and process optimisations
Requirements
• completed training in freight forwarding logistics or as a customs declarant
• 2–4 years of experience in import and export customs clearance
• sound knowledge of Swiss customs law
• careful, responsible and willing-to-learn working style
• communicative, team-oriented and flexible personality
IT
MS Office – user knowledge
Passar, ATLAS – good knowledge
Languages
German: spoken and written very good
English: spoken and written good
