Health Specialist (a)

Care with expertise. And working hours that remain predictable.
Dialysis care is different from classic acute care: You accompany patients often over a longer period, build relationships and at the same time work in a medically demanding and technically oriented environment.
In our outpatient nephrology and dialysis in Burgdorf, you will find a well-coordinated team, a lot of personal responsibility and a working model without night and Sunday shifts.
To complement our team, we are looking for an agreement a
What to expect with us
You care for and accompany our patients during their dialysis treatment and gradually take on responsibility within your area of expertise. You work closely with nursing professionals, doctors and other professional groups. In doing so, you will gain in-depth knowledge of nephrological care and develop additional professional skills.
- Care and support of patients during dialysis
- Taking on defined nursing and technical tasks in the dialysis process
- Monitoring health status and early detection of changes
- Documentation and performance recording in the clinical information system
- Close collaboration in the interprofessional team
- Active participation in the further development of our procedures and processes
What you bring with you
- You have a qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ and ideally bring experience from acute care.
- You communicate confidently in German. For foreign language diplomas, we require a language certificate at least at level B2.
- More important to us than dialysis experience is that you:
- enjoy working independently and reliably
- find medical contexts fascinating
- want to take responsibility
- are open to learning new professional and technical skills
- keep the person behind the treatment in mind even in a specialised environment
- like to contribute to a team
