Technical Caretaker

Your Tasks

• Ensuring the smooth technical and infrastructural operation
• Monitoring, operating, and maintaining all building technical systems (HVACSE), including building management systems and locking systems
• Organising and processing technical service desk tickets
• Coordinating, instructing, and supervising external service providers
• Contact person for tenants and ensuring professional customer service
• Recording efforts and maintaining property logs
• Participation in on-call duty on a rota basis

Your Profile

• Completed training in HVACSE or as a certified building maintenance specialist
• Further training as a caretaker or maintenance specialist with a federal certificate of competence
• Experience with building management systems
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, independent working style
• Team-oriented personality with a high sense of quality and responsibility
• Driving licence category B mandatory
• German as a native language or very good German skills in spoken and written form
