Employee in Property Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 85,000Role:
The company is a versatile Swiss real estate service provider and supports owners and investors in the professional management, marketing and further development of properties. In addition to the management of residential and commercial properties as well as condominium ownership, the scope of activities also includes real estate accounting, letting, sales, valuations and comprehensive consulting services.
Employees maintain close contact with owners, tenants, authorities, craft partners and other specialist offices and gain insight into different phases of the property life cycle.
Responsibilities:
You take on various administrative tasks related to a diverse property portfolio and support the management team in day-to-day operations.
In the rental contract area, you assist with the creation, modification and adjustment of contracts.
You process orders and invoices carefully and ensure correct administrative handling.
During apartment handovers and takeovers, you support the property managers and gain insight into operational management.
Together with the managers, you work on ongoing projects and actively contribute to the development of the team.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification.
Your interest in the real estate sector is strong and you wish to develop professionally in this field in the long term.
You are characterised by willingness to learn, curiosity and a pronounced team orientation.
With your structured, reliable and communicative working style, you keep an overview even with multiple tasks.
You are proficient in MS Office and open to new digital solutions and technologies, such as automation; German written and spoken fluently.
