• Consulting: You advise our clients on analysing, optimising and digitalising their after-sales processes using SAP S/4HANA Service solutions. (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud)
• Design & Implementation: You are responsible for implementing new SAP service processes tailored to the specific requirements of our clients.
• Configuration & Customising: You take on the configuration and customising of SAP S/4HANA Service to ensure the best possible functionality and efficiency.
• SAP CS Migration: You accompany the transfer of SAP CS functionalities into the modern SAP S/4HANA service processes.
• Training & Workshops: You conduct training sessions and workshops for users and project teams to ensure optimal use of the SAP solutions.

• Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in SAP S/4HANA Service (ideally including Public Cloud)
• Expertise in SAP CRM On-Premise in the service area is an advantage
• Experience in the conception and implementation of SAP solutions as well as in the migration of CRM processes
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team and with clients
• Structured working method and high problem-solving competence
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project assignments
• Fluent German and English skills
