Scintilla AG is globally responsible for the development, manufacturing, marketing, and sales coordination of accessories for power tools for crafts, industry, and DIY.

Job Description

• You will gain your first practical insights and independently prepare request for quotations and comparisons with corresponding decision templates
• As part of the team, you will support us with administrative purchasing activities
• You will assist us in handling projects in purchasing and take on responsibility.
• In cooperation on international projects, you will get to know a global team and different project management methods
• You will support project milestones in new start-up projects and cost reduction measures
• You will contribute to the implementation of purchasing tools and processes
• In the context of product changes, you will accompany the purchasing-relevant steps and implement them with suppliers

Qualifications

• Education: Studies or recent degree in business administration, technical business administration, industrial engineering, or similar
• Enthusiasm: Joy and interest in project activities, purchasing, and an international working environment
• Personality and working style: team-oriented, communicative, responsible, and structured
• Experience and know-how: confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Languages: good German and very good English skills, spoken and written

Additional Information

• Start: ideally from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement
• Duration: 6 months or by arrangement – 40h/week
• Prerequisite for the internship is enrolment at a university or a university degree not older than 6 months.
