What can you expect?

With us, you actively support Human Resources Management. You screen applications, participate in candidate selection, coordinate interview appointments, and organise onboarding and offboarding processes. Furthermore, you are involved in our recruiting processes, including organising recruiting events. The latter also gives you the opportunity to gain deep insights into personnel marketing and event management.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for students/graduates (m/f) in the fields of economics and/or psychology. Initial practical experience in human resources is advantageous. In addition to analytical skills and very good MS Office knowledge, solution-oriented thinking, independence, communication skills, careful and structured work, resilience, reliability, teamwork, and commitment are indispensable.

The internship is to be filled immediately for 6 months with a 100% workload.
