To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a reliable and numbers-oriented person who enjoys a varied role in accounting. You will independently take on defined tasks in day-to-day business and ensure correct, timely, and efficient processing.

What you will do

• Independent handling of accounts payable including checking, coding, and posting invoices
• Creation, preparation, and control of payment runs
• Management of the accounts payable interface and handling of error cases
• Maintenance and updating of the supplier master data in ABACUS
• Management and reconciliation of the cash register
• Deputising for accounts receivable including monitoring of open items and dunning during holiday absences
• Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements
• Support in preparing audit documents
• Booking costs to projects
• Charging of assembly services

What you bring

• Completed commercial training (EFZ)
• Professional experience in financial accounting, mandatory: experience in accounts payable
• Experience with ABACUS is an advantage
• Further training as a clerk in finance and accounting is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style
• Enjoyment of independent operational responsibility in day-to-day business
• Accuracy and quality awareness
• IT affinity and confident use of digital tools
• Very good German spoken and written (native level)
• Good English skills for communication with suppliers and customers
