About the job

The Department of Ageing and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older people through Spitex as well as in the five senior centres.

For Spitex City of Winterthur, we are looking for committed and responsible individuals from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Ensuring the nursing process for our clients
Taking on case responsibility
Analysing complex care and support situations
Clarifying and coordinating necessary internal and external services

Your Profile

Qualification as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
Spitex experience preferred
Independent and responsible working style
Confident handling of IT programmes (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)
Mobile by bicycle and in possession of a driving licence
