Training Manager and HR Administrator 60% (Maternity Cover)

- Main responsibility for vocational training for the City of Wetzikon and support of our nine commercial apprentices throughout their entire training period
- Professional advice and support for trainers and coordination of all processes related to the apprenticeship system
- Responsibility for recruiting apprentices, including organising and conducting the selection process
- Administrative support for management and supervisors in all HR matters
- Participation in recruitment procedures and conducting interviews
- Involvement in the further development of HR and vocational training processes
- Commercial basic training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) with further training in HR (e.g. HR specialist certificate)
- Completed training as a vocational trainer
- Professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the public administration
- Solid MS Office skills; experience with CMI, Abacus or Refline is an advantage
- Strong communication skills as well as confident and professional appearance
- Enjoyment in working with young people and supporting them individually
- Negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- High resilience as well as reliable and structured working style
- Assertiveness combined with high social competence and ability to work in a team
