At the private clinic Villa im Park, whose character is shaped by the stately, historic estate, around 40 attending physicians perform over 1,300 procedures per year. The clinic's three integrative, fully digitalised operating theatres are among the best equipped of their kind in terms of technology. The main medical specialties include general surgery, anaesthesiology, orthopaedic surgery and trauma of the musculoskeletal system, and gynaecology. Job Description

Ensuring the daily catering of all patients, staff and external customers at a high-quality level
Preparation and offering of healthy, varied and needs-based catering according to offer and menu planning
Carrying out all tasks in the gastronomic patient, staff and restaurant area with full decision-making and operational responsibility
Implementation and compliance with internal and cantonal quality guidelines, legal requirements and standards, especially in the areas of hygiene and occupational safety
Co-responsibility for all hygiene-relevant tasks as well as their correct implementation and control
Support in purchasing, internal ordering system as well as execution, processing and control of all internal and external orders
Maintenance, development and adjustment of recipe management and recipe files
Proactive, appreciative collaboration within the intra- and interprofessional team as well as support in the induction of new employees
Professional, supportive appearance towards internal and external customers as well as patient advice in cooperation with the nursing service
