Tasks

• Professional and personnel management of a nursing team in long-term care
  
• Support of the Head of Nursing and Care in organisational and strategic tasks
  
• Ensuring high-quality and needs-based nursing and care
  
• Participation in direct care as well as taking on complex care situations
  
• Co-responsibility in the recruitment of employees
  
• Duty planning, organisation of ward processes and implementation of work processes

Profile

• Qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent recognised training
  
• Leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
  
• High social competence and pronounced leadership personality
  
• Organisational strength, sense of responsibility and resilience
  
• Enjoyment in team leadership and further development of employees
  
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
