Mechanic – Conventional Manufacturing (a) 80–100 %

For an interesting and attractive production company in the Oberaargau region (Langenthal/Herzogenbuchsee), we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed specialist for conventional manufacturing, who additionally supports the production staff in the department.

Your tasks:

• Setting up the blanks for the various machines and employees
• Supporting, controlling, promoting and motivating the employees
• Setting up conventional machines such as drilling, threading and punching machines
• Ensuring quality and timely processes
• Maintaining machines and workplace/performing maintenance work

Your profile:

• Completed mechanical or manual basic training (mechanic, car mechanic, motorcycle mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, carpenter, etc.)
• Experience in conventional manufacturing
• Independent, careful and reliable working method
• Enjoyment of conventional work and working with people
• Willingness to undertake further training is an advantage (work pedagogue, ...)
• Good knowledge of German
