In this interesting and demanding position, you independently manage construction projects for our various mandate clients (banking, telecommunications, hospitality, property management, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, etc.), who use the various facility services of ISS.
In the construction project management of the Northern region, you will find a well-coordinated, professional, and mutually supportive team. Here you can contribute your expertise long-term at a modern workplace and develop both personally and professionally.
Your main tasks:
- Independently managing construction projects from planning through implementation to final billing
- Fiduciary tasks for the clients such as schedule, cost, and quality monitoring
- Clarifying needs and advising the customer including support during the change process
- Preparing cost estimates and implementation proposals
- Developing offers and project descriptions in collaboration with the respective clients
- Order and contract management, work and warranty acceptance, reporting, and project administration
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships
Your profile:
- Completed training in the technical field
- Further education in electrical engineering as well as solid knowledge of PV systems, their components, planning, installation, and grid connection in a commercial environment is an advantage
- Experience in managing and executing construction projects
- German spoken and written and preferably good oral English and French skills
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with pronounced organizational skills
