IT Project Manager Software Solutions & Network Infrastructure

Your main tasks

• Identify customer needs, advise and develop suitable solutions
• Plan IT and software projects and implement them on site at the customer
• Training and education of users
• Telephone support for software, hardware and IT questions

Depending on experience and interests, the focus can be more on software & training or IT infrastructure & technology. Career changers from the construction ancillary trades with a strong IT affinity are also welcome.

Your profile

• High IT affinity and enjoyment of technical solutions
• Joy and motivation to digitalise our customers
• Experience in software, IT infrastructure or cloud is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact via telephone and on site at the customer
• Willingness to travel within German-speaking Switzerland
• Good communication skills in Swiss German
• Enjoyment in imparting knowledge
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
