What you can achieve:
- Various administrative tasks directly at our customer's reception
- Welcoming and forwarding visitors/freight forwarders
- Operating the telephone switchboard
- Conducting patrol rounds in the facility
- Operating technical devices and systems
- Supporting emergency personnel in case of emergencies
What you bring:
- High technical understanding
- Completed vocational training or equivalent education
- Proficient PC user skills
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form (B2)
- High independence, performance capability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Neat appearance
- Good manners, communicative but discreet
- Impeccable reputation (verification of debt enforcement and criminal record extracts)
- Mobility (driver's license and own vehicle advantageous)
- Time flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours
