• Professional leadership of the Area Management department and personnel management of 4 employees
• First point of contact for our internal and external customers (tenants)
• Operational management ensuring value preservation and compliance with legal requirements of the assigned real estate portfolio
• Project management of smaller construction projects from the idea to handover to the client
• Responsible for the timely preparation of the investment and maintenance budget and management and monitoring of planned investments
• Documentation of all maintenance activities using software (CareOffice)
• Coordination of tasks between construction project management, area management, and commercial management
• Participation in specialist and project groups

• Completed (construction) technical or infrastructural vocational training
• Further education at the level of Advanced Technical College (HF) or University of Applied Sciences (FH) and/or university desired
• Proven experience in the technical and infrastructural support and maintenance of real estate and building technology
• Business and commercial knowledge advantageous
• Ideally first leadership experience
• Driver's license category B
• Confident MS Office skills
