We are a company with residential, day structure, and work placements for adults with disabilities. Over 650 people work in our facilities in Chur, Davos, Ilanz, Surava, and Tiefencastel.
For a residential group with integrated day activities in our home in Ilanz, we are looking for a supervisor starting December 1, 2025, or by agreement.
This position combines caregiving tasks with professional support and care for predominantly older residents with intellectual or multiple disabilities. You will ensure care and mobilization, accompany clients in their daily and leisure activities, implement the support planning, maintain contact with relatives and legal representatives, and pave the way for a self-determined, fulfilling life and participation.
This position allows for interesting continuous working hours. Additionally, you will provide weekend and night on-call service.
