Tasks
- Assist HR Business Partners in recruitment processes and candidate management.
- Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Advise line managers and employees on personnel-related matters.
Skills
- CFC in commerce or equivalent, with experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with tools like Workday, SAP, and knowledge of German is a plus.

- Support HR Business Partners in the recruitment process (posting job ads, sorting applications, organizing interviews, responding to candidates)
- Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners in all tasks related to the employee lifecycle (drafting contracts, work certificates, various attestations)
- Advise line managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
- Manage the administrative part of sickness/accident cases
- Manage and track jubilees and anniversaries
- Update our various dashboards
- Prepare Onboarding events, presentations and manage apprentices in the region
- Handle various administrative tasks (filing, archiving, scanning, office supplies).
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Personnel management assistant certificate, an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills and overview
- Structured person in tasks, able to manage priorities and appreciates teamwork
- Comfortable using common IT tools, knowledge of Mobatime, Workday and SAP systems, an advantage
- Good knowledge of German, a plus.
