Your Tasks
- Accompany residents in their daily lives and personal competence development
- Design and implementation of the internal daily structure and leisure activities
- Co-responsibility for all materials, furnishings, and equipment and their management
Your Profile
- Interest and openness to working with people with a mental impairment
- Flexibility and ability to empathetically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
- Experience in the social sector (including voluntary work) is an advantage
