Project Manager Planning

You don’t just want to accompany projects, but actively shape them? If you are enthusiastic about the technical as well as planning development of new build and renovation projects and enjoy taking on responsibility, then you will find the ideal place with us to contribute your skills and develop both professionally and personally. Exciting tasks await you around Wetzikon and in the canton of Zurich.
What there is to do
- Independent planning and technical implementation of diverse new build and renovation projects
- Acquisition including cost and contract negotiations
- Client consulting, negotiations with customers, craftsmen and authorities
- Construction management including schedule, cost and quality control
What you bring with you
- Training as a draughtsperson EFZ (architecture), preferably with additional practical training in structural work (bricklayer, carpenter, etc.)
- Further training as a construction manager or technician in structural engineering HF
- ABACUS knowledge is an advantage but not essential
- A cooperative and communicative manner towards our clients, partners and authorities
- Finesse in dealing with craftsmen involved in construction

Whether energy-efficient renovation, new build, single-family or multi-family house, commercial or industrial construction, agricultural building or rural housing – the portfolio is diverse. At six locations and with around 900 employees, we plan, build and furnish living spaces. And we have been doing so for almost 60 years.
