As our new sales personality, you will be on the move from Lugano via Chur to Winterthur – and not on foot: a company vehicle is available for your customer visits. Your mission? To showcase our strong products in the right light and ensure that our trading partners are not just satisfied but enthusiastic.
Your tasks – never boring:
- Support and expansion of existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers
- Targeted area and visit planning based on assigned customer classes
- Annual budgeting for assigned customers
- Maintenance of activities and master data in the CRM
- Co-design of promotions and activities
- Advising trading partners regarding their assortment design
- Tracking market developments
What you bring with you:
- At least 5 years of sales experience – you know how to convince people
- Ideally, you are familiar with construction or related industries
- German? You master it both written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian? A big plus.
- Excel, ERP (e.g., Navision or SAP) and CRM systems are not foreign words to you
- You are service-oriented and hungry for success and want not only to meet sales targets but to exceed them!
